Hi, I’m Kasia
Your resident medtech nerd and bookworm
About Me
I’m a humorist, fiction writer, and book editor based in New York City. I’m an alum of the Second City’s Online Satire program and Writing Workshops Paris Summer 2023—and my satire has been published in outlets like Slackjaw and HAD.
Currently brewing: A darkly comic novel about grief and Polish-American identity, supported by Catapult’s 2023 12-month Novel Generator and Pioneer Valley Writers Workshop’s 2024 10-month Manuscript Revision Program.
You can read a selection of my published writing here.
Now, onto my healthcare street cred.
After graduating from Princeton with a Bachelor’s in the History of Medicine and Global Health, I dove head-first into the worlds of marketing and public health. This background has led me to work with dozens of medical, HealthTech, and wellness professionals. I even spent the early pandemic working at a NYC health data nonprofit.
You could say I’m well-versed in these industries’ business needs and lingo.
This experience also taught me a lot about how awful and predatory health advertising can be (seriously — ask me about my thesis research on 20th-century fertility care marketing).
That’s exactly why I write and edit for health tech leaders now.
To use the power of thought leadership, personality-packed content strategy, and the latest stories in medical innovation to uplift health entrepreneurs and businesses. Specifically the ones serious about doing right by patients. And to combat health stigma along the way — not feed into it.

When we partner on your book…
Here’s my tried-and-true recipe:
In-depth research of your brand, market, and voice + my health industry and editing experience + my publishing connections and creative writing chops.
(No baking required.)
The result? Clear and engaging writing that sounds like you and elevates your profile and authority in the industry. While giving your audience engaging and affirming information from a trusted source (yeah, that’s you!)
